A long break......

It was last year May when I wrote my last post. Lots of things taken place in year 2011 with the memorable trip to Hong Kong in December and the hectic days of moving. We were relocated back to Kuala Lumpur for the next 4 years. Hubby and I were busy with their kids's new registration for the primary and kindergarten schools.

didi at Hong Kong Ocean Park. Spent a whole day there and we were all fully exhausted when reached our hotel at night.

My girl enjoyed her dolphin show at Ocean Park
On the LRT to City Gate to do some shopping.
Morning breakfast buffet at the hotel. Kids had the chance to take pictures with the Disney characters

After the holiday, I was busy decluttering, sorting out stuffs for donation and keeping those stuffs that we need in KL.

Early days in KL are not easy as we looked for houses, buying necessary furnitures, household items etc. Hubby had to travel shortly we moved in to our new place. I had to manage the kids, house, attending to the contractors for defects, getting household stuffs. The list seem never end I was fully stressed up and exhausted during the first 1 month.

the Sim Poh Boon's staff are doing a very good job. I was really thankful for their efficiency and good job.

My part time helper was there to help me with the packing. I was busy upstairs packing some personal stuffs that need not be uploaded to the containers. I really missed her help when I did my unpacking back in KL. Thanks, Donna!

The supervisor giving instruction to the workers how to pack our 8 seater marble table.
Now, things are slowly settled in and I am starting enjoy my stay in KL. Frankly, there are good points living in a big city despite the traffics. Its is easy to find good and quality stuffs here, most important , kids' education and exposure are better. Hope we will enjoy our 4 years stay in KL before relocating back to Miri.

Life in KL

We are back in KL for almost 6 months and things are getting settled. Kids are well settling into their new school and they really enjoyed every bits of their school life.

Mommy is like a chauffeur now , transporting to school, tuition centres, music school etc etc. The list seem never end. So, whenever approaching Fridays, it will be happiest day in a week. I know I may sleep in slightly late, no more stuck in the traffics and relax!

I quite like the place that we live now. Near to shopping malls, wet market, grocery stores and even their tuition centres are just within distance.
