We Are All Well

Yes. We have all recovered from sickness. The kids are A ok now and have been very active since Tuesday. Their appetite has come back and been eating 3-4 meals a day plus 2-3 x milk feeding. It’s good as their weight has been dropped since we are back from Kuantan. I’ve noticed that di-di has been quite easy on his food intake and I felt that it has been quite easy to feed him after his illness.

The thing they like most when they are at wai-poh (grandma) house was bath time. Since grandma house had a spacious laundry area, they like to take their bath there instead of in the bathroom.

My Boy in My High Heels

I took this picture while I was busy packing my luggage before leaving for Kuantan trip. I packed my shoes and the kids’ shoes and both of them “sibuk-sibuk” taking out some of my shoes to try on. I think it was cheh-cheh’s idea on monkeying di-di by putting him a pair of my high heels. Kids oh kids…they'll surely like to wear their daddy or mommy shoes!

We Are Under The Weather……………

…….except hubby! Hopefully he won’t catch the bug as everyone in the house is having bad cough, runny nose and fever. Jia Jia was having high fever during our trip to KL and it lasted for 2 days. Her fever subsides on the day we returned to Miri. However, on Sunday, she was down with a bad chesty cough with phlegm and runny nose. I am giving her to inhale through the AeroChamber Plus with Seretide Evohaler, 2 times 2 puffs a day. I bought this when she was only 18 months as she had bad cough almost every month. As she had to use the nebuliser every time she has cough, our doctor advised us to use AeroChamber Plus on her whenever her cough prolonged.

Di-di and I couldn’t escape from the viral infection and we both caught the bug yesterday. Di-di had high fever since yesterday afternoon and it comes and goes every 3-4 hours. I even inserted the suppository early this morning at 4am as his fever was quite high. Just hope that his fever will subside tomorrow.

I just asked hubby to take plenty of water and vitamin C and hopefully he won’t get infected by us as our house is full of “germs” now!

My poor sweetie was so restless and she spent most of her time in the hotel room...zzzzzzzz....

Cheh-cheh is "kepoh" ..checking on di-di fever....I asked her whether she wants to be a doctor? She nodded and said "yes, I want to be like Jin Kau Foo (my cousin who is a doctor in Tengku Ampuan Afzan Hospital, Kuantan)

Di-di was so restless till he lied on the mattress for the whole day....In fact, Jia Jia is a very caring cheh-cheh.

Kids' Toothpaste

I bought this from Q-Organic shop last Saturday while doing my shopping there to buy some biscuits and vinegar. I like this toothpaste because it causes no harm when swallowing it as my son has the tendency to swallow the toothpaste whenever I brush his teeth.

Self Declared Holiday

This is a backdated post.

Every Wednesday is my daughter’s “self declared holiday”. This is according to her papa. Her papa said it is just too tough for a 3-year-old girl to wake up at 7am+ every morning to go to school. She still has a long way to go. Thus, she will skip her school on every Wednesday.

Since I got a car now, I brought 2 of them go kai-kai this morning. After some grocery shopping at a nearby mart, we head to Piasau Boat Club for brunch. They enjoyed to play there more than their food. But at least they will be guai-guai sitting on their high chair when the food is served.



After our brunch, I let them running around at the playground to burn out their excess energy for a while before going home. I think my girl must be a bit exhausted because she just asked me to go home instead of going to buy some whole milk in the mart.

That’s a good thing of having another car! Mobility and freedom! Thanks, hubby!

I’m Back

Yup, it has been 3 weeks since I last updated my blog. I have just come back from Kuantan and KL and have been “捱世界”since Sunday. I am saying this because during my stay in Kuantan, I had an easy life. I do not need to do house chores as my mom will be taking care of it. I don’t even need to cook as my aunt has been cooking good meal for us. It was a real relaxing holiday.

The best thing for this trip was that our breakfast trip to Sg. Lembing. A small town with a 45 minutes drive from Kuantan town. Hubby requested my uncle to bring us there because he wanted to try out the food that introduced by 阿贤 in 阿贤人情味 on Astro. The food is delicious especially the stuffed bean curd.

For shopping, I didn't buy much for myself but I bought lots of kids’ clothing at Factory Outlet and Brands Outlet. Also eating lots of durian (even though it is already end of the season and there is no more 猫山王)

And of course the end result is my belly just like a balloon now and I got to stay on a strict diet to get rid of the extra extra fats!
