A Wholesome Dish


I had a 七星斑鱼 fillet still sitting in my freezer the other day. It was brought from Sandakan by my aunt who were here last month.

Instead of steam it the usual way (with fried garlic or teow chew style), i steamed it with Japanese tofu, salted vegetable, tomato and ginger.
