Well, I got this recipe from my hubby’s colleague quite a while ago but only make it during this week long holiday as hubby prefers to do the detoxification during his rest days.
Here, sharing the recipe with you all:-
4 leaves romaine lettuce
1 whole tomato
1 whole green apple
4 stalk celery
Half lemon
1 whole big onion (white)
1 tablespoon honey
Verdict: taste awesome but still able to gulp it down the throat!
