Tomorrow is Good Friday and it is the Public Holiday in the state of Sarawak.My girl’s pre-school is celebrating Good Friday a day earlier. I had the idea last week that making some colourful agar-agar Easter egg for her to bring it school. Therefore, my maid and I have been collecting empty egg shell for this "project".
I didn't manage to make the colourful type but instead, making the gula melaka and pandan agar-agar mixed with egg and coconut milk. I had also made an extra tray for the teachers as well.
Guess what! Her school teachers take the agar-agar eggs to add to their "Easter basket". It makes a perfect match.
