Simple Lunch for the Kids

Here's our simple lunch today.

1) Cook pasta and drain well.

2) Boil the anchovies broth. Once broth is done, add in shredded cabbage, carrot and spinach.

3) Add in the chicken meatballs into the broth.

4) Once the meatballs are well-cooked, scoop out the soup and pasta into a bowl and serve.

Yet another simple and healthy lunch for the 3 of us! By the way, preparing meals are getting easier as the "picky eater" of mine becoming quite a "good eater" nowadays.

Less headache for me!
